~ Level 1 Infractions ~
Flaming, Submitting fake entries, Attacking, Being off-topic, Arguing about nothing, Mild cussing, Turning in a TAS submission as a Non-TAS submission
CONSEQUENCES:
1st time - warning
2nd time - 1 week ban
3rd time - 2 week ban
4th time - Level 2 Infraction

~ Level 2 Infractions ~
Attacking an admin, Major cussing, Gang attacking (getting a group to attack an individual), Stealing an entry, Repeated Level 1 infractions
CONSEQUENCES:
1st time - warning (if I'm in a good mood)
2nd time - 2 week ban
3rd time - 1 month ban
4th time - 6 month ban
5th time - Permaban
Note that based on the severity of gang attacking, I will hand out punishments to all involved based on how I think it should be handled. It could be a day, it could be 2 weeks, it could be a year.

~ Level 3 Infraction ~
Pornography or any other sexually inappropriate videos, Extreme cussing, Spam, ROM distribution, discussing hacking or any other criminal charge, Anything else I feel is a Level 3 infraction
CONSEQUENCES:
1st time - Permaban
*Note that I will be the judge on "hacking". We aren't allowed to talk about it as is. By talking about it you are putting this board in danger and you WILL be permabanned. At least keep it to "modding".

~ Rules about Submissions ~
1. You may submit any REAL game that you'd like. Just give me some valid information and I'll be happy to referee it.
2. TASes are accepted on ONE condition - you give the following:
That it is a "TAS"
Number of rerecords <-- not mandatory but HIGHLY recommended. At least know because I will ask.
NOT where you got the ROM
3. Please specify the EXACT point of the submission - for example, don't just give us a video and expect us to figure out what it is.
4. Don't start absurd categories. Example: For Super Mario Galaxy, don't submit a 70 star run, an 80 star run, an 85 star run, etc.
5. No Gameshark/Game Genie, unless I approve of it.
6. Please specify if it is NTSC or PAL. Remember, US and Japan are NTSC, Europe is PAL.
7. Due to phpBB rules, no hacks are allowed.

~Other Rules of Note~
1. Please don't submit a bunch of obsolete entries. If you do it's OK, just don't submit a bunch of them.
2. We all love smilies, including myself. But please, don't overdo it.
3. No whining. Please, I love reading forum entries, but don't whine! If you have a problem address it to me via forum or PM, not by whining.
4. Show respect. No, I am not your parent, but show respect.
5. Please do your best not to create alts. I can understand some cases, but don't create them unnecessarily, especially:
a. if you're banned
b. to submit one video under multiple names
6. Keep real life first! If you're trying to break a record and something in the real world happens and you need/want to be there, BE THERE. If you're stupid enough to break this rule that'll be your punishment, but don't whine about it. (see rule 3)
